Dr. Melissa A. Kronholz’s experience in the dental field began at a young age. She began dental assisting for her father as a senior in high school and continued in summers until graduation from dental school. This experience provided a great insight to dentistry and how to care for patients with the upmost respect.
That being said, Dr. Kronholz has grown up in Olmsted Falls and currently resides with her husband in Olmsted Falls. She attended Olmsted Falls grade school and graduated from Holy Name high school. In 1997 she attended Baldwin-Wallace College and earned a bachelor’s of science degree in 2001 after majoring in Chemistry. Upon graduation Dr. Kronholz began a year of biochemistry research at Case Western Reserve University.
In 2002 Dr. Kronholz moved to Toronto Ontario Canada to begin her dental student career at the prestigious University of Toronto faculty of dentistry. Four years later after graduating with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree she began a residency at the Veterans’ Affairs hospital at Wade Park in Cleveland Ohio. This general practice residency gave her much hands on experience in implant dentistry as well as crown and bridge.
