Anchored by our unique father-daughter clinical team, Dr. Thomas Kronholz and Dr. Melissa Kronholz, we blend nearly half a century of community trust with the precision of modern diagnostic protocols. Unlike volume-driven corporate clinics, our family-run practice prioritizes your comfort, utilizing private medical history reviews and thorough initial consultations to establish a personalized baseline for your long-term wellness. We get to know you.

The goal of the first meeting is to make your experience as comfortable as possible. No matter your needs, we want to get to know you so that we can provide you the best care. Likewise, we want you to get to know us, because we believe trust is essential to a happy and healthy smile! We begin with a thorough review of each patient’s medical and dental history in our private consultation room, which will help us determine the best steps to reach your oral hygiene goals. This includes a full series of radiographs, which provide baselines to compare your current dental structures to those in the future.



Meet the dentist.

After the baseline questions and exams, you will meet either Dr. Tom or Dr. Melissa. In addition to getting to know you, they’ll assess your periodontal condition and speak with you about any dental goals you may have. The dentist then may take photos of your teeth to assess with diagnoses, or they may ask to take teeth casts for more complicated cases. In any case, we assure that all steps are done with care and attention to put you at ease.



Teeth cleaning and assessment.

Your dentist will perform a routine teeth cleaning to brighten your smile. The dentist will chart your gums and make note of any teeth issues that may require further procedures. The thorough assessment will detect cavities and oral infections, check gingival health, and screen for any symptoms of oral cancers.



Discussion, follow up and treatment.

Your dentist will explain next steps, including recommendations for further dental procedures, good dental habits, and overall hygiene suggestions. You can schedule your follow up procedures and future teeth cleanings as well, such as cavity fillings, or address any final questions you may have. After all of these steps, you’ll be off to a great start towards a healthy smile!
